What Ports Will The Cruise Call On?
Italy By Sea will call on the ports of Amalfi, Sicily, Aeolian Islands, Sorrento, Ponza-Pontine, and Rome.
What Are The Scheduled Activities?
Daily mindfulness activities, including group and private yoga, sitting meditation and mindful walking.
Are There Retreats Planned For The Future?
Annually or Bi-Annually we take a retreat to Italy. There are plans in the works for trips to Sedona, AZ, Dominican Republic and Vietnam.
