You’ve achieved what you set out to achieve. The corner office, the recognition, the financial security. So why does something still feel incomplete?

I work with high-achieving professionals aged 50–70 who are navigating life’s most meaningful transitions—whether that’s stepping back from a demanding career, processing a significant loss, or simply asking “what now?” after decades of relentless achievement.

My path to this work wasn’t linear. I spent 20+ years as an international tax attorney, including serving as VP of Tax for American Express Latin America. Cornell JD-MBA. I know the corporate world intimately—the pressures, the politics, and the identity that gets wrapped up in titles and achievements.

Then came what I call my “wilderness decade”—a hotel venture that didn’t work out, years of searching, and the humbling process of rebuilding. It was during that emergence that I returned to school and earned an LLM in Intercultural Human Rights from St. Thomas—magna cum laude, Executive Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review. Not a career move. A reorientation toward what I actually believed in.

That reorientation led me to UCSD, where I trained as a certified MBSR instructor — including a silent retreat with Jon Kabat-Zinn. Today I serve as faculty for Mindful Leader, the world’s leading provider of online MBSR programs, where I’ve delivered over 40 courses to professionals across the globe—part of 50+ courses taught in total. I founded The Yoga Warrior in Miami, co-host the Age Differently podcast, and lead retreats in Italy, Tulum, Panama, and the Greek Isles.

I don’t teach mindfulness as stress reduction. I teach it as a complete reorientation toward what matters, and I speak your language because I’ve lived in your world.
