My work is focused on high-achieving professionals aged 50–70 who are navigating life’s most significant transitions—people who have succeeded by most external measures and are now asking a different, harder question: What now?
These transitions often include:

• Facing retirement and the identity questions it raises
• Processing loss — of a relationship, a role, a sense of self
• A health diagnosis that reframes priorities
• A growing sense that success and significance are not the same thing

• Can commit to a minimum of three months of consistent practice

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Class
